SHIPPING

All purchases are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day. Typically, packages arrive within 3-5 business days after processing. After processing, you will receive an email containing tracking information and the expected delivery date of your package. Posie May's is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please direct all claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours for further instructions! For assistance with shipping and delivery inquiries, please contact us at posiemays@gmail.com and include your order number in your email.

HOW TO CHECK ORDER STATUS

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number to monitor its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you do not receive your order within 5 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at posiemays@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you promptly.
